I stopped cold turkey 3 days ago and it's beginning to make me feel crappy right now. My spouse says I won't keep going however I'm so determined about it I won't fail. This morning I started experianceing pains in my lower stomach and I absolutely am craving a cig. I will not give into the craving as I am quitting smoking for my kid. I'm grateful to have the e cig. It has been incredibly helpful in my opinion.
